Snow On The Mountains In April

Look at the beautiful view we get to see from the shop? Banning and Beaumont have the most beautiful mountain views, arguably in all of Southern CA.

It is mid-April and we have had some nice rains and beautiful sunshine. Many people are starting their Spring Cleaning. One of the things to look out for is signs of water damage.

If you have followed our blog, you should already be able to recognize signs of water damage but if you are new here we will go over a couple of the big ones. 

On your ceiling look for discoloration, bubbled paint or bowed drywall.

On the exterior of your house, go around the perimeter and look where the soil meets the house. Look for chipped paint, broken stucco or bowed wood siding. 

If you see any potential damage, you will want to call us right away so we can come out and inspect the area. You want to always handle potential water damage IMMEDIATELY after you notice it. Not only to prevent further damage but this can impact your insurance claim if the need exists.

So as spring ends and summer begins to arrive, make sure you escaped our winter season without any water damage!!
