Here are 3 of the many pets that gave us some love in Texas

When SERVPRO of Beaumont/Banning packed up and headed out to Austin Texas we really had no idea what to expect. 

Yes we have been in business for 5 years. Yes Our Operations Manager Tracy has over 25 years in the Restoration Industry. Yes we live and work in one of the most volatile Weather prone Residential and Commercial areas in Southern California. We've worked massive Fire Storms, Floods and Earthquakes.

So believe me when I tell you, nothing could've prepared us for this deep freeze event. 

We and approximately 400 other SERVPRO Franchises descended on Texas. We immediately coordinated and organized our plan of action. 

Work has been constant. Our California office worked in unison with our makeshift office in Texas and together we started contacting our customers in need. One by one we did inspections and estimates and began work. It has been a whirlwind for sure. One beautiful moment we get to share with our Clients is when we get to love on their pets. 

For just a moment, we all forget that we are in an emergency and we can just relax and enjoy everyone's furbabies. Thank you to all the pets!
