We had a big storm hit our warehouse with ceiling tiles caving in and a lot of water damage. SERVPRO of Beaumont/Banning was there to help our business get back on it's feet again. Our church office was partially flooded by a failed water heater. I called SERVPRO/Banning and was greeted by a very friendly voice. I explained our damages and she offered to dispatch help. Will was prompt, professional and responsive. He set equipment and monitored it daily. He removed equipment as everything dried to avoid extra expense and everything was dried in no time.

Our church water heater leaked and damaged some carpet, walls and cabinet. As soon as I called SERVPRO, I was greeted by a very polite and caring voice. I explained our needs and she quickly dispatched Will. In turn, Will called me to provide his estimated time of arrival. He arrived promptly and set drying equipment to dry out all the wet areas.

The equipment was monitored daily and units removed as the dry out progressed and they were no longer needed. They were professional, efficient and our office was dry in no time.

Had  some water/flood damage to the carpet at the branch I work at.
