On Wednesday morning, July 17, 2017 I got out of bed and walked to the front of my house-there was water everywhere! SERVPRO was suggested to me by my insurance company so I gave them a call.

SERVPRO arrived within the hour. They were very polite and professional. Lorenzo the Crew Chief explained to me what needed to be done to remove all the water and more importantly what they would be doing to prevent the growth of dangerous mold in my home.

Lorenzo, Danny, and Gio all worked together very efficiently. They arrived right on schedule each day to continue the process and monitor the moisture levels in my home. They even worked during the weekend.

Excellent. Washer leaked and ran downstairs to bottom floor from the ceiling. They talked us through everything and recommended other services like a Construction and environmental testing for mold, since my son has asthma. I'm impressed with Mark Brandenberger for his prompt response.He immediately arrived at my residence at 6:15 am. Lorenzo Casas at 7am, he immediately extracted water from floors, removed baseboards and began drying process. May I suggest for SERVPRO to prepare an ASL interpreter to provide a deaf resident help communicating with crew more effectively and professionally.
